Who Am I?
On April 13, 1997, my mother gave birth to me at Xianxiang Hospital, located in a village near the sea in Ningbo. My Chinese name is written like this – 金益辉. The characters “益” and “辉” are translated as “positive” and “honor,” respectively.
I was raised as an only child and went on to major in German language at university. After graduation, I moved to Hangzhou due to my girlfriend and began my career journey there.
Why Magnets?
I didn’t choose magnets; they somehow found their way into my life. Back in 2019, I was job hunting in international sales without a strong industry preference. The first job opportunity that came my way happened to be with a magnet company. I entered a “marriage” with magnets before I truly fell in love with them.
What's My Mission?
I want to run the business in a way that’s inspiring and meaningful, utilizing my knowledge and resources in magnets and my communication skills in English. My goal is, along with my team, to provide technical solutions and design and manufacturing services in the fields of magnet materials and plastic-magnet integration.
