HANGZHOU TENGYE MAGNETIC MATERIALS CO., LTD.
Neodymium magnets were invented by Japanese and American independently in 1980s. After four decades, hundreds of patents related to manufacturing process and material composition are still valid and owned by Hitachi Metal Ltd. (HML). Up to 2016, HML still owned over six-hundred valid patents directly related to sintered neodymium magnets. These patents comprise both component and process patents spanning the entire manufacturing process for neodymium magnet products.
Especially in the USA and Japan, big corporations that use neodymium magnets only source their magnets directly or indirectly from Hitachi licensed manufacturers to avoid potential lawsuits. For those companies, Hitachi patented product certificate is an important issue. The legal department will want to make sure that their neodymium magnets are sourced from one of the Hitachi-patent holders.
As a Chinese NdFeB magnet manufacturer and master distributor, Tengye Magnetic itself isn’t a patented neodymium magnet manufacturer. With our robust partnership with Ningbo Jinji and Anhui Earth-Panda, however, we can supply Hitachi-licensed neodymium magnets. By request, we can provide Hitachi license certificate for our neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies that contain neodymium magnets.
About Tengye: Tengye supplies finest permanent magnets and magnetic assemblies to world industry. We work closely with our customer from designing stage to mass production.
