Magnetic Receptive Sheet (Ferrous Sheet)

Introduction: plain magnetic receptive sheets

Our ferrous sheet has high permeability and good machinability and resistance to corrosion. Plain ferrous sheets have one side UV coating and the other side is used to bond to printed graphics. They are used together with flexible magnets or other permanent magnets. According to the magnetic performance, Plain ferrous sheets can be divided into RS Plain-Ferro, NS Plain-Ferro and HE Plain-Ferro.

Introduction: Adhesive magnetic receptive sheets

We strictly select a lot of high quality adhesive materials, such as water-based, solvent-based and foam adhesive etc., and laminate them on Plain-Ferro into Adhesive-Ferro. Please let us know what type of object you want the adhesive to stick to (such as paper, plastic, metal, or wood) and the application (such as indoor or outdoor, normal temperature, high or low temperature) and we will provide more information and our recommendation on what type of adhesive works best for your application.

  • UV Coating Protection: UV coating is used to avoid the blocking or sticking issue inside of Plain-Ferro rolls or stacks. We usually apply UV coating on one side. Double-sided UV coating or UV on edges or no UV are available by customer requirement.
  • Back-print with Brand or Logo: The back printing on ferrous sheets helps promote the brand and increase the recognition. Tengye has printing equipment to provide reliable printing service.
