Magnetic Wheel Design
Determining the torque and speed requirements of the transmission system is key to selecting a magnetic wheel. Design and material selection must meet user requirements, including maximum torque design value and speed range.

Load Torque Design
F = Force (N)
W_workpiece = Workpiece Weight (kg)
W_shaft = Shaft Weight (kg)
T = Torque (Nm)
F = Force (N)
D = Wheel Diameter (m)
η = Transmission Efficiency (dimensionless, between 0 and 1)
SF = Safety Factor (dimensionless)
Optimization of Magnetic Wheels
| Magnetic circuit Design Optimization: Enhancing torque density through design, such as adding weak magnetic components inside the magnetic ring to effectively strengthen external magnetic force, improving torque compared to similar products.
| Surface Treatment: Knurling can increase wheel roughness, enhancing magnetic wheel friction. We can add an external rubber sleeve if the magnetic wheels require higher friction during movement.
