Nano Coating for Neodymium Magnets​

Nano coating is new coating type for neodymium magnets. It is considered an ideal alternative for nickel and epoxy coating. In addition to protecting the magnet from corrosion, NdFeB nano coating provides more uniform thickness and better surface texture. Compared to nickel coating, nano coating does not have a reducing effect on magnetic flux. More importantly, the reject rate in the coating process will be reduced compared the traditional electroplating.
